Pace of Carnegie set for a sweet launch

Masterchef's Christy Tania will be on hand to help launch the latest premium residences from Pace, in the heart of ever-popular Carnegie.

In partnership with influential developer Centraland, and renowned Buchan Group architects, Pace has created a stunning architectural statement building of one, two and three bedroom apartments, configured with larger floorplans and plenty of extended balcony space for genuine outdoor living.

Throughout Pace of Carnegie, residents will be wrapped in modern interiors defined by natural textures and materials, from the timber and terrazzo stone of the luxurious entrance lobby to the broadloom carpeting of the bedrooms. These generous homes feature open plan living areas filled with natural light from floor to ceiling glazing.

Maintaining a high level of finishes and fixtures, kitchens feature high-end Smeg appliances, custom-made cabinetry, seamless stone benchtops and chrome accents. Likewise, the sophisticated bathrooms feature large format tiling, a spacious frameless shower, an elegant floating vanity and expansive mirrored cabinetry to maintain a clutter-free space.

The split-level rooftop space includes a range of resort-inspired amenities including an impressive 20m infinity pool with sun lounges, yoga platform, gymnasium and bbq area. There are private lounges, dining and entertaining spaces for simply gathering with friends or celebrating special occasions. And all of this comes with sweeping views across Carnegie and beyond – the perfect spot to start the day with a few laps or end with a cocktail.

On the ground floor, retail spaces provide an intersection with the neighbourhood along vibrant Koornang Road, and a handy place to pick up your morning coffee or something for dinner. Beneath this, additional convenient touches include secure underground car parking and lockable storage for each apartment, plus bicycle bays.

Pace of Carnegie could not be in a better location. With an enviable International Walkscore of 90/100, Carnegie has long been a popular inner city spot with an engaging urban village vibe. Its eclectic mix of eateries and coffee shops (local favourites include Spilt Milk, Huff Bagelry, Left Field and Platform 3) and boutique retailers ensures the buzz is an upbeat and social one. From the expected Woolworths to the old-fashioned bakeries, Asian grocers and butchers, this is a neighbourhood that adds more to life.

The grand launch is at 18 Woorayl Street, Carnegie on July 8th & 9th, 11am-4pm and is not to be missed. Masterchef's Christy Tania will be serving up free dessert samples supplied by GLACÉ by Christy Tania from 12pm until stocks last. Plus Pace's charity partners, Co-Ground will be on hand with fresh coffee and pastries.

As if that wasn't enough, Pace has also highlighted the fact that the project will feature the highest level of amenity in the area, by installing an infinity pool into the display suite, giving potential buyers a tangible sense of what life in this unique residential building will be like.

Pace of Carnegie pulls off the trick of creating a premium building of contemporary residences that marries perfectly with the neighbourhood's established and much-loved vibe.
